The fabric, print, and packaging all looked right to me, too. I didn’t notice any weird copied label, or that cheap fake feeling, which was my biggest worry going in.
Shipping did take a while, but since the item was authentic, I’m happy with it overall. I’d order again, especially if I found something I really wanted.

I was a little nervous before ordering because photos can be a bit flattering sometimes, but this one actually looked like the pictures. No weird surprises or anything, so I’m happy with it

Customer service did reply, but even that felt slow, and I kept feeling like the delivery timeframe they promised didn’t really mean much. I do like what I bought, but I wouldn’t order again if I needed something by a certain date.

The quality was fine, not awful or anything, but I don’t think it matched the price. I ended up finding similar pieces for cheaper afterward, so that was a little frustrating. I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale.

I kept having to check it myself because the shop wasn’t really giving me much useful info. Then out of nowhere the tracking changed, but it still wasn’t clear where the package actually was. It did show up eventually, but it took way longer than I thought it would.
The items themselves are fine, so it’s not like the whole order was a disaster. But the vague and misleading tracking updates made the process way more frustrating than it needed to be. I probably wouldn’t order again unless I really didn’t care how long it took.

Is Devilinspired a scam or a legit company?
“In my experience no they have scammed me. They made me wait over a year (purchased a dress in November it is now near October) giving me excuses like its a pre order so its being fitted to size, they couldn't find my reciept even though I had screenshots of the transaction on my paypal, they would say shipping delays were in cause of covid. I asked for my money back to which they refused, then convinced and begged me to wait for my order. They gave me a fake tracking number, its been over 2 months and that package is still in transit allegedly. If youre going to buy a lolita dress buy elsewhere. Its not worth any of the time i wasted going back and forth with late emails”
“Both. They legitimately send you the items you order but they are at often 100% markup of just buying the original items from taobao yourself.”
“They're legit! I have bought from them twice now and both times got my order early and it's been great quality. Their prices are higher than other places because of the convenience of their service (they deal with all the taobao stuff for you) but they are selling legitimate products that look exactly like the picture.”

“No because Devil inspired scammed me, look elsewhere for lolita dresses. Trust me”
“Ordered 2 packages from them both worth quite a bit, and both not only arrived early but exceeded my expectations in how well they were packaged. Nothing was damaged in transit because of this. The actual quality of the products was also amazing and customer service very responsive”

How easy is it to get a hold of customer service at Devilinspired?
“No its not its insanely difficult to contact devilinspired if something goes wrong. My first attempts were customer support through face messenger, the website chat, and instagram to which I received no help or reply. It was then when I emailed them that I finally got a response that was filled childish unprofessional begging etc They shouldnt run a business. They aren't a business. All they do is scam and make ill excuses”
